The Akrapovic Racing exhaust system for the 2011 - 2012 Suzuki GSX-R600 / 750 is designed for riders who demand maximum performance from their motorcycle. The Akrapovic Racing exhaust system is significantly lighter, if compared to the stock exhaust system and feature exceptional production quality, hi-tech materials and of course increased engine performance combined with pure racing sound output. The Racing system uses stainless steel header tubes and link pipe. We offer titanium or carbon-fiber mufflers. System is not EC Type approval and is designed for racing purpose. Racing exhaust systems are not compatible with Kawasaki side cases.

The power increase with the Akrapovic system is substantial, and can be seen from 3500 rpm right to the top of the range. At 14250 rpm we measured 118 HP, with max. increased power of 7 HP at 14250 rpm. The system’s effect on the torque curve is similar to the power curve. The main increase starts at around 7000 rpm and continues right into the over-rev range. 

AFTER EXHAUST SYSTEM CHANGE, YOU SHOULD CHECK THE LAMBDA SENSOR VALUE. IF YOUR AIR TO FUEL RATIO IS TOO HIGH THE ENGINE COULD BE DAMAGED. WE RECOMMEND A FUEL INCREASE BY 5% (THIS SHOULD BE DONE BY SUZUKI SERVICE!).
