Seat was very easy to install - took maybe five minutes. Fits up against the tank a little different so I'll be doing some waxing and polishing to the parts I couldn't reach before. Sits a little lower than the stock which feels good - better balance and control. Seems very comfortable but haven't had it out for a long ride yet. Cons: - Stock seat had a molded section that sealed over the air intake. May be an issue now that it's more open. - this seat has a tab at the front that slips under a hook in the front and one bolt on the back for a bracket held on with two screws. The stock seat had two additional bolts around the mid point that definitely made it more secure. This would be easy for Mustang to add to their design. It's probably under two bucks to add the extra mount points during manufacture. Kind of lame considering what they charge. Had planned to sell the stock seat once this arrived but may keep it around for a while now just in case. If it stays put with the single bolt and two screws and it doesn't let rain or anything else into the air intake it'll be a keeper.
