Return Policy

If your order arrives and it is not right, or you are simply not satisfied, we'll fix it, NO HASSLE, we promise.

Returns and exchanges may be done up to 30 days of receipt. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original delivery date.

Merchandise purchased from can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold (UNUSED / UN-INSTALLED), with all literature/instructions/documentation, hardware, and attached tags, etc.

Installed items, used items and any items without the tags attached or orignial packaging will be refused or charged a 15% restocking fee, solely at our discretion.


Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. While is not responsible for warranty claims, we will provide assistance in determining eligibility and registering for manufacturer warranties. To determine if a warranty is available for a specific item, contact the manufacturer, or contact us via email. Please note warranty processing may take up to 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.


Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer then any of us would like!


No returns or exchanges will be accepted without contacting customer service for a return authorization. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.


Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges unless the item begin returned is a result of an error on our part. will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by


  • Made to Order Items: Some items on our site which are made to order, such as custom length lines and cables, triple trees, swingarms and frames are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Electrical parts (if an item is DOA let us know and it will typically be handled under warranty)
  • Oil, paint, and other hazardous materials
  • Tires
  • Used Merchandise


  • Email to obtain a Return Authorization
  • Return via prepaid UPS or USPS mail.
  • Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
  • Use original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.
  • Clearly write your Return Authoization Number on the package or the included invoice
