SHIPPING
Shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous 48 states is
FREE! Orders under
$100 are charged a $9.95 handling fee. Delivery to PO Boxes may be subject to an additional
shipping charge.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada and Mexico is the greater of
$15 or 15% of the order total. All other International shipments are the greater of $25 or 25%
of the order total.
We utilize USPS Priority Mail and FedEx for most shipments. When availible, we will drop ship your order
directly from our distributors. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days that your order is
placed. If there is a delay beyond this timeframe, we will contact you and let you know
the status of your order.
Note: Some freight items may occur additional freight charges, and may not be available for
international shipment. We will notify you of any additional charges before fulfilling your order.
Signature Service:
Signature service may be requested for an additional fee, and is required for orders over $500.
Damaged Goods:
All goods are carefully packed in new condition, and insured when shipped. Title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged goods must be made with the carrier by the customer.
Lost, damaged or short shipments received through UPS must be reported the SAME DAY or no credit can be given. This is a requirement by UPS.
RETURNS
Returns and exchanges may be done up to 30 days from the date of shipment. All returns must be
postmarked no later than 30 days from the original shipment date.
All merchandise purchased from BikerPerformance.com can be
returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold,
with all literature/instructions/documentation, hardware, and attached tags, etc. Installed items,
used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without contacting customer service for a return
authorization. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the
returned or exchanged item back to BikerPerformance.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.
BikerPerformance.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges unless the
return or exchange is the result of an error made by BikerPerformance.com.
Made to Order Items: Some items on our site which are made to order, such as custom length lines
and cables, triple trees, swingarms and frames are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or USPS mail. Insure shipment for full value
of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged
during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with
detailed return/exchange instructions.
