CONTINENTAL US 48 STATES

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

  • Orders over $89 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping to the Continental United States!
  • Orders which take advantage of FREE Standard Shipping will be sent via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
  • Qualifying orders will not be split-shipped, IE all items will be packaged and shipped together.
  • Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion.

SHIPPING METHODS

In addition to our FREE Standard Shipping program, we offer the following paid shipping services.

  • USPS Priority Mail - Typically arrives in 1-3 business days from the date shipped
  • UPS Ground - Typically arrives in 1-5 business days from the date shipped
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Typically arrives in 1-2 business days from the date shipped
  • UPS Next Day Air - Typically arrives in 1 business day from the date shipped

ALASKA / HAWAII / APO & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

These orders are generally shipped via USPS Postal Service from our warehouse in Arkansas and do not qualify for our Free Standard Shipping. Shipping options other than USPS may be available depending on your location.

INTERNATION ORDERS: Please note that shipments will be declared as merchandise for the actual sale price. International customers are responsible for paying import taxes which will be due upon delivery of your order. We have no way to estimate these fees, so be sure to check with your customs office prior to placing your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

The date you can expect to receive your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.

We do our very best to get your order processed and to you in the quickest timeframe possible. Each item on our website will indicate the item availability as well as the estimated ship date. This is to inform you how long it will take for us to obtain and get your items shipped out to you. Please note that selecting an Express shipping option such as Next Day Air does not affect the date your order will ship out, only how fast they arrive to you once shipped from our warehouse.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders as soon as the order ships, and you'll always be able to login and check your order status, shipping status and tracking numbers right on our website.

PASSAGE OF TITLE

Ownership title of all items shipped from BikerPerformance.com is transfered to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipment carrier. Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order, or leave a message for us in the Order Notes.

BACKORDERS

Items which are shown as Out of Stock will sometimes display an ETA date. An order may be place for a backordered item, however the ETA date is subject to change. If you place an order for an item that is no longer available, we will contact you and your order will be canceled or amended if other In Stock items are on your order.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives visibly damaged please contact BikerPerformance Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the carrier (typically USPS or UPS) but BikerPerformance will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
